Move Phase
Move Phase is the only phase you can move your character card to any tile on the board. One thing you should keep in your mind, moving cards in Eveden will count as “times” not “tiles.”
However, the ONLY CONDITION is the target you want to move to must be next to another character card. No matter whether that card is FRIEND or FOE.
